All production intent suppliers are assessed prior to approval.  Attached are two forms.

QF-084-1 Zeco Vendor Survey: All suppliers are required to return a completed, signed and dated form to Zeco Machine.  Fax form to 405.282.3044 or e-mail it to the sales person handling your account.

QF-084-2 Aerospace Supplier Quality Requirements:  Suppliers providing aerospace production intent products to Zeco Machine must abide by all specified requirements.
